集い · Classes & Events

Community, culture & music at the table.

EBISUYA is more than a restaurant — it's a table for community, culture, and music. We host hands-on Japanese cultural classes and small evening events. Seats are limited — follow @ebisuyaboston on Instagram for upcoming dates and sign-ups.

OUR STORY

Fifteen years in Medford. A new table. We're EBISUYA, finally back.

For fifteen years, Ebisuya Japanese Market was where Medford came for Japanese groceries, fresh fish, and a taste of home. Families stocked up for the week, students found the snacks they missed, and neighbors discovered new flavors.

When the building needed major renovation, the market had to close. In September 2026, we returned to Medford Square as EBISUYA — a restaurant and bakery cafe built on that history.

Behind EBISUYA is the Hiromoto family, who have run restaurants since 1993 — more than thirty years at the table. We're glad you're here.
